Currently, there is no feature to duplicate campaigns.

Items from one campaign can easily be transferred into another. In the destination campaign go to Items > Advanced Options > Transfer Items. Next search or select the relevant campaign, check the items you wish to transfer and click Transfer Items. 

Items within a campaign can also be duplicated using the same process.
