1) The campaign manager promotes the link. Typically the link is shared by the manager via all available channels - email, social media etc. GalaBid does not publish a listing of campaigns on the platform.

2) Each campaign also includes a QR code which points to the campaign's registration page. This code can be viewed and downloaded by clicking on the QR code icon in the top black bar in the campaign's dashboard.

3) Campaign managers can also invite potential participants from the participants section of the dashboard. Currently this is a manual process where individuals are invited one at a time. To invite a potential participant go to Participants and click ADD NEW PARTICIPANT and enter the participant's name and email address under Guest's Details. 

Fixed Fee campaigns can send the invite via text message by entering a mobile number instead of an email.
