Participants are not receiving text messages?Firstly check that the pricing option your campaign includes text message functionality. Voluntary Contribution campaigns are email only. Another reason a participant(s) is not recieving the text may be due an issue with their cell phone carrier. GalaBid utilises two different SMS service providers to receive and deliver text messages to participants. There may be an issue/outage with the one your campaign is set to. Contact chat support who can investigate and switch your campaign over to the alternative provider.

How do I delete a bid, donation or purchase.Deleting Bids Go to the Bids and Buys section, search the item or participant's name and delete the bid. The underbidder, if there is one, will be listed as the highest bidder. Note that they are not alerted by message that the are again the highest bidder. Communicate directly with them by searching their name in Participants and click on the speech bubble icon on the far right of the list.

I have made changes to my item in the dashboard but can't see it on my campaign?Is the item set as hidden in the Items settings? Edit the item in the Items section and under the description box expand Advanced Options. Next under Visibility use the drop down to change from Visible to Hidden or vice versa.
